The iconic International Harvester brand has travelled a long way since its inception in North America in 1902. Its journey in Australia started in 1912, and has taken it to the pinnacle – the largest selling truck brand on Australian roads, the first all-Australian built truck, to the low of financial misfortune and the eventual takeover by the giant Italian Fiat Group, using its IVECO brand, in 1992.
