In issue #22 of VTCM’s Truck Art section, I presented a painting of an F Model Mack with a load of steel belonging to Ken Archer of Winston Hills in Western Sydney. I was subsequently able to meet Ken Archer and, as a result of these meetings, I decided to complete a new painting of the F model in its final guise, as well as a painting of his famous B61 in its ‘natural environment’, so to speak.
